Consulting
Louise Diamond has been an organizational consultant since 1971, working with non-profit and for-profit organizations as well as communities and affinity groups to help them articulate their vision and translate it into effective action.
Louise takes a holistic systems approach to group and organizational life, and an appreciative one, building on the strengths and assets of each individual and each part of the system to ensure an exciting, healthy, vibrant organism living into its fullest potential.
She especially enjoys dealing with issues of diversity, leadership, spirit in the workplace, conflict resolution, managing a global workforce, development, and power relations. Helping businesses add Peace to their bottom line, along with Profit, People, and Planet, is a particular favorite of hers. Another is designing conferences and deep inquiry processes around issues of peace and world affairs.
Training and Education

Areas of specialty include peacebuilding and conflict resolution; power and empowerment; cross-cultural communication; diversity; healing, reconciliation; facilitation; and leadership. Louise’s absolute favorite is peace leadership, combining the best of what we know about peacebuilding with the best of what we know of leadership, to grow a cadre of people on this planet who can consciously lead their communities on the peace path.
